4. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after full payment through authorised payment modes. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to non-availability, incorrect information, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Cancellation, Return & Refund
Order cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Due to the nature of our products (hair oils, face packs, hair packs, sanitary napkins), only defective, damaged or wrongly delivered items are eligible for return/refund.

You agree to:

– Not misuse our website or social media to post harmful, illegal or misleading content.
– Not infringe our intellectual property rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Confirmation & Payment
All orders are processed only after 100% advance payment.
Once confirmed, orders are prepared and dispatched within the stated processing period.
2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
The item received is damaged, defective, or mismatched.
The issue is reported within 24 hours of parcel delivery.
Mandatory Proof Requirement:
A clear unboxing video must be recorded from the moment of opening the sealed parcel.
The video should clearly show the product condition, invoice, and outer packaging.
Without video proof, return or refund requests will not be processed.
We do not accept returns if:
The seal is broken or product is partially used.
The product belongs to personal care categories like Hair Oil, Skin Care, Herbal Teas, etc. unless it is damaged on arrival.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are approved only after verification of valid proof and returned goods (if applicable).
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, no cancellation or refund is allowed.
Digital products are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Return to Origin (RTO)
If the order is undelivered due to wrong address, customer unavailability, or refusal, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
No refund will be issued for RTO cases. Re-shipping will incur additional courier charges.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu.
